The UMBC SGA election will take place through myUMBC on Monday April 17th, Tuesday April 18th, and Wednesday April 19th at umbc.edu/studentvote. Check out some resources I've compiled below. Caveat empor: I am running for Vice President for Student Organizations, but I have attempted to be as unbiased as possible.
As a reminder, these folks will get stipends on your dime AND help to set tuition† and fees, so your vote directly affects your pocketbook.
If you're curious about what each position does, here's a post by Co-Create UMBC about the job of each executive position.
If you notice a violation of the election rules, report it by submitting a ticket to the Election Board.
To endorse a candidate, see the endorsement rules (#14 and #15). Linked is a PDF version of the endorsement form to print, sign and deliver to the Election Board.
